We believe in providing quality "out of warranty" hardware repair, service parts and technical support at affordable rates. However, even if your laptop or desktop computer is still under an AppleCare Protection Plan® we can still help. With this coverage, your computer hardware will be repaired by Apple, but you are still responsible for managing or recovering the data and software you have installed on your computer. We can assist you by performing a reliable backup of your data, or attempting to recover data from a failing hard drive before coordinating your repair directly with Apple on your behalf. It is important to remember that even with AppleCare coverage, the additional services described above are not part of the warranty and will be billable to you, the customer wherever you go. - - Carry-in Hardware Repair, Technical Support, or One to One Instructional Session: $65 per hour, minimum 60 minutes.
- - On-site Hardware Repair, Technical Support, or One to One Instructional Session: $75 per hour, minimum 60 minutes.
Plus applicable tollway and parking fees. - - Service Rates: Bench Diagnostic (In Store) $45 flat rate. All diagnostic fees are waived if the repair is completed by us.

Every Mac Union customer receives a Mac Union static decal for their laptop, home computer, or car. If a Mac Union employee happens to spot you at a local coffee house, gas station, university campus, virtually anywhere, they may present you with a gift card for free computer service, hardware purchases, movie tickets, gas cards, the list goes on and on. We often give out over $200 per month in customer rewards. (Limit 1 reward per customer per month and available a on a first come/first served basis)
Customer Referral Program
Refer a friend to our services and when they become a customer, your discount grows and so do your future savings! You could increase your customer referral discount as high as 20%. For every customer you recommend, we take an additional 2% off of your future service or support invoices for life!
Express rates apply to all on-site visits, or drop-offs that require immediate attention after hours, on weekends or holidays. The current express rate is 1.5 times the rates described on this page.
